Q: Can I access DynamicCoupons from my iPhone, tablet, etc. as a person who is on-the-go? A: DC is mobile friendly and can be accessed from any phone, tablet, and computing device with internet access! Our web platform is also geo-linked to Google Maps, making it easy for you to quickly compare & find the deals you want; by city, address, zip, and keywords! Q: What is the difference between DynamicCoupons and those other sites/mailers? A: Savings. Plain and simple. DC then gives you the option to either scan the Q Code and/or print the relevant offer. Q: Can I find offers from major retailers and online vendors using DynamicCoupons? A: Yes! DC has a catalogue of numerous offers and deals that can be hard to find otherwise. Just perform a keyword relevant search and enjoy the savings! Q: I entered in my email address to redeem an offer, but nothing happened. What am I doing wrong? A: Please ensure that cookies and pop-ups are enabled in your web browser for www.DynamicCoupons.com. If a problem persists please contact us. Q: Does DynamicCoupons have safeguards in place to prevent items and services that are not family oriented from being advertised? A: We here at DC keep our platform family friendly for our users and do our best so this service remains as such for merchants and their respective products/services. This ensures that material that may be considered objectionable, of any kind, is never advertised in our database. Q: I need to get in touch with the business whose offer I want to redeem, but don’t know how. What do I do? A: All coupons should have the business/merchant name and/or the physical address. A: If you are a business owner, you can choose from a variety of package options that range between $10 and $100. See here for a full outline of our available plans. Q: How do I sign up and create my offer, coupon, and/or advertisement? A: Fill out the account registration form with your name and valid email address. Look for a confirmation message from us in your inbox. Click on the ‘Create Ad’ link and choose the plan that fit your needs. Then just key in relevant information in order to publish your offer in our 1 Stop Coupon Shop. Q: How do I edit my published coupon(s)? A: Simple: just log into your account by visiting our homepage. From there you will see options to edit and/or delete your active coupons and deals. Except the coupon expiration time, all edits are FREE. Q: Will my private information ever be given out to anyone? A: Under no circumstance will your information be shared without your prior authorization. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details. Q: Can a merchant delist or decide not to honor his or her coupon, ad, and/or offer? A: Any and all offers listed on DC is an understanding of commerce between two parties: the Merchant and the Customer. DC connects the two parties with a meeting space in the form of a coupon or an offer for a specific business transaction. However, DC does not dictate the terms of understanding between the two parties. We here at DC do expect that both parties uphold their integrity for business transactions. Q: I’ve changed my mind about the offer I want to publish, but I already submitted my information using the Coupon Creator. Can I edit my information and options? A: Of course. We provide you with free edits that you can use to make changes to your coupon. The only section that you cannot change is the time period that you have chosen, 1, 7, 15, 30 days. You can always delete the deal/offer/ad/coupon by logging in to your account. Q: Is there any way to upload photos and images onto my offer/deal/coupon? A: Yes! DC provides you with the ability to upload small image when you are entering information about your offer/deal/coupon/ad into our Coupon Creator tool. Q: Is there a limit to the number of different offers/deals/coupons/ads I can publish onto DynamicCoupons? A: No, there is no limit. DC is here to help you grow your business and/or services. Just choose the plan from the pricing page to get started. Q: Does DynamicCoupons offer the ability to post coupons/deals/offers/ads in languages other than English? A: Currently, DC is limited to only the English language. However, we are always updating our infrastructure for expansion to provide you with more features, so be on the lookout. Q: I signed up as a business owner, but can’t find a confirmation email from DynamicCoupons. Why? A: Please check your junk and spam folders. Then please add DynamicCoupons.com to the list of approved email contacts so future messages from us all reach your inbox safely. If emails from us are not appearing in your junk/spam folders, then please contact us directly. Q: I published an offer, but do not see it in the DC database. What’s wrong? A: This might be occurring because your deal/offer/ad/coupon has either a) reached its expiration date or b) reached the circulation amount you chose. Q: As a Business Owner, would I have access to the emails captured during the coupon redemption/circulation? A: During the coupon creation process you will be asked if you would like access to shared emails. If you have agreed, then these email addresses will be shown in your own DC account under that coupon. There is a small fee associated with this service, but having this targeted market segment at the tip of your fingers is very powerful. Q: I would like to pay using PayPal. Would that be okay? A: Currently we only accept PayPal as a form of payment and will be adding other payment methods soon. Please Note (Merchants): It is undestood that ALL merchants creating their offers using this platform agree to honor one of several redeem options provided to the users as built-in in this system. |
