1. Acceptance of Terms
YOUR USE OF DYNAMICCOUPONS IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. Use of the Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using this Site. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
To maintain a "Family-Friendly" environment, DynamicCoupons utilizes AI, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and a Built-in Word Rejection Engine.
Real-Time Rejection: Content containing restricted keywords or inappropriate imagery will be flagged and rejected instantly upon submission.
Liability: DynamicCoupons is not liable for "false positives" or business losses resulting from automated moderation decisions.
Final Sale: Once Content is approved and published, the Service Fee is captured and is strictly non-refundable.
Subscription & Features: Fees for Subscription Credits or Premium Features (e.g., Email Captures) are considered services rendered and are non-refundable.
Redemption Caps: Merchants are responsible for setting their own "Redemption Cap."
Manual Deletion: Merchants may delete an offer at any time. Upon deletion, the offer is removed from the map and permanently purged from the active database. Manual deletion does not entitle the Merchant to a refund.
The Site, including its "look and feel," logos, business processes, and software, is protected by U.S. and International Copyright laws. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any portion of the Site's design or layout without express written permission.
You are strictly prohibited from accessing the site if you are attempting to violate its security. This includes using IP masking (VPNs), using robots/scrapers to harvest data, or running browser extensions that modify DynamicCoupons data.
DynamicCoupons does not sell or rent user personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We collect names, emails, and IP addresses solely to service your account. We may release information if legally compelled to do so to protect the safety or rights of our community.
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for all personal information collection. Our data centers utilize redundant firewalls and database encryption.
Premium Feature: Merchants using 'Email Capture' must comply with all privacy laws (CAN-SPAM).
Data Expiration: WARNING: Email listings are deleted immediately upon coupon expiration. Merchants are responsible for downloading and saving this data regularly.
Referral IDs are system-generated random characters to protect user identity. Participants receiving referral compensation must disclose their relationship with DynamicCoupons as per FTC guidelines.
DynamicCoupons is a facilitator only. The legal relationship and contract for any transaction exist solely between the Merchant and the Customer.
Merchant Discretion: All offers are subject to the Merchant's discretion. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.
Non-Responsibility: DynamicCoupons is not responsible or liable for any Merchant’s refusal to honor a coupon, refusal of service, or the quality, safety, or legality of the items or services offered.
Due Diligence: Users are expected to perform their own research before interacting or transacting with others on the platform.
The Service is provided "AS IS." DynamicCoupons is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control (Acts of God, power failures) or for incidental/consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada.
